Is Your Condo Building Looking Dated

January 2016

A condo building looks old and dated without periodic updating.

Those looking to purchase a condo suite tend to be more aware of amenities and common areas that are damaged and dated. Those who have resided in a building for many years often come to accept their environment as standard and overlook such deficiencies.

Old and dated condo building amenities and public areas can reduce the selling price of condo suites in a building and make them harder to sell.
