Bike sharing is an economical amenity that makes sense.
Some condo corporations have purchased and maintain a limited number of bicycles. As with other amenities, these are available for use by building residents.
Bikes may be available for an hourly or daily fee. They can be booked for use in advance or available on a first-come first-serve basis.
