With condo suites shrinking in size owners are always looking for ways to make the most of limited space.
The kitchen is one area where there never seems to be enough space. Now this space can be enhanced by incorporating appliances designed for small spaces with improved space utilization.
Appliances and counters can be folded or rolled into walls or other spaces when not in use. Multi-use appliances now available include combination clothes washer and dryer, and dual-purpose convection oven and microwave. A smaller dishwasher and fridge/freezer can complete the package.
Such kitchens cost more on a square foot basis but no more than a typical kitchen in a single family house.
