Ever wonder how much damage a water leak can cause?
Water tends to accumulate at the lowest level of a building. Water leaks on upper floors can appear relatively minor until all the water settles at the bottom of a building.
CBC footage of water damage in a York Mills Ave. and Yonge St. condo building shows massive flooding at lobby and garage levels resulting from a water leak higher up in the building.
