Condo Owners Vote to Disband their Corporation

For the first time ever, a Toronto condo corporation has been decommissioned.

Over 80% of condo owners at 39 Roehampton voted to sell their property.

The deal closed on January 31. The building is likely to be demolished along with an office next to the building.
