Any condo board can reverse or undo decisions of a prior condo board so long as their actions are in accordance with governing documents.
Reversing decisions of a prior condo board can be unwise. Policies that frequently change cause confusion thus become more difficult to maintain or enforce.
An exception to this may be if an owner does work in their suite with approval of the board or management. A subsequent board may not have authority to reverse its approval.
