Standish Arms Hotel in New York City is becoming a condominium building.
Clark Kent, aka Superman, resided in apartment 5H at the Standish Arms Hotel in Metropolis. This is also the hotel where Willy Loman, of Death of a Salesman, had an affair.
After an extensive restoration of its façade, condo units for sale will start at $1.3 million for a one-bedroom suite.
