Does your condo management fail to implement proper systems for managing the business of the condo corporation?
The following indicators suggest ineffective resident communication tracking, work-order tracking and/or oversight over those doing work in a condo building:
- Resident communications go unanswered
- Clean up or repair requests are forgotten, not undertaken or not done correctly the first time
